These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Alashawn Services LLC ("Alashawn Services," "we," "us," or "our"). Alashawn Services LLC provides commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility maintenance, floor and surface care, disinfection, staffing, and related support services. The specific scope, frequency, and pricing of services are defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or work order between you and Alashawn Services.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request and an assessment of the property. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual conditions, scope, or square footage differ materially from what was represented. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the premises to allow us to perform the services. Delays or inability to access the property due to client-side issues may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
Either party may cancel a recurring service agreement with the notice period specified in that agreement (typically 30 days' written notice). One-time service appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the affected areas at no additional charge, subject to the terms of your agreement.
Alashawn Services LLC maintains commercial liability insurance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Claims for damage allegedly caused by our services must be reported in writing within 48 hours of the service.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Alashawn Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
